Meet SEN, your calming guide
SEN, our friendly blue alien, and his friends help children and young people notice how they feel and find their calm through music. Choose a feeling, like overwhelmed, restless or sleepy, and SEN plays music to match. It's designed for use with a carer or on their own.
Gentle by design
Every carefully created track fades in softly and starts at a low volume, so there are no sudden sounds to startle sensitive ears. An optional calm visualiser gives eyes somewhere gentle to rest.
Feelings first
Using our simple, intuitive design, children and young people start by choosing how they feel: overwhelmed, restless, steady, quiet, sleepy or excited. SEN then suggests music to help them settle, focus, move or rest.
Breathe with SEN
A thoughtfully designed guided breathing space where SEN breathes alongside you. Choose a calm, square or short rhythm, with a gentle voice and soft music if you'd like them, then follow five slow breaths together.
The SENaudio headband (coming soon)
A soft, washable headband with flat built-in speakers, for children and young people who can't tolerate regular headphones. Wear it over the ears for full listening, or slip it above the ears so music plays in the background while they stay connected to the people and sounds around them. By day it supports sensory regulation at school, at home or out and about. At night it becomes a comfy sleep aid. Volume-limited for safe listening. Join the waitlist for early-bird pricing.
